This G+1 residential house was designed to provide a modern, comfortable, and space-efficient home for a growing family in Khagaria, Bihar. Built on a compact 80.92 m² (871.12 sq.ft.) plot, the project balances functionality, aesthetics, and structural safety while complying with the Bihar Building Bye-Laws 2026. Every space has been carefully planned to maximize natural light, ventilation, and usability without compromising comfort.

Scope of Work and Client Requirements

This project involved complete architectural and engineering design services, including:
